I cannot put into words how thankful my wife and I were to have worked with Ghodsi Emambakhsh on helping us find (and close on!) our very first home here in Bay Area/ Mountain view.

From the very beginning, she was just on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial sit down to talk about neighborhoods, our budget, etc. and she worked to put together a plan that felt so us, so personalized and yet so professional. She sourced homes for us to check out and it wasn't uncommon to me to receive emails from her frequently with updates or just checking in. She was also very much in tune with what our priorities were when looking for our home. We are having a baby soon and already thinking about school districts is something she was quick to suggest, being a dedicated mom herself.

She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market which is not surprising given that she has been doing this for 20 ? years. She is very kind, fair, honest, always available ( no matter when, where or why) and guided us in the right direction. She never got tiered of thousand of questions that we asked. She would go out of her way to help us with great recommendation which proved to be invaluable. Even after closing the house, her valuable ideas about remodeling and providing us her resources ( contractor, plumber, … ) was something that I can never pay back.

I have seen people who would go out of their way to pull me aside and tell me how much they love working with Ghodsi. How often can you say that about your real estate agent?

On top of everything else, Ghodsi guided us through the entire process just like a compassionate mom. Besides her sharp professionalism and attention to detail, she brought personality, humor to every single day, something that two nervous first-time buyers appreciated so much. I guess it goes without saying, but Ghodsi will be our agent of choice for all of our future real estate endeavors.

I am a first time home buyer who was very intimidated by the tough Silicon Valley real estate market. I am so glad Ghodsi was my agent! Ghodsi was amazingly patient and helpful through my 6 month home buying experience. She was there to guide me through the process of looking at homes and making  offers. Any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly and she took the time to explain all the little details about home buying that would've gone over my head! Her exceptional customer service skills truly made me feel like I was her only client. Ghodsi would always check in with me to make sure I knew what was going on with my offers. Knowing that I was purchasing a house as a single woman, she also made sure to screen the listings for locations that were more safe and appropriate for me. She is easy to talk to, honest, and not pushy. Whenever I felt conflicted about an offer, she would provide me with the information I needed to make a decision but she wouldn't push me to decide one way or the other; which was very appreciated as home buying is quite stressful! To sum it all up, if you're looking for an agent, definitely get in touch with Ghodsi. She made this intimidating home buying process very easy for me and I can't say enough good things about her!
