Buying a home (especially for the first time) can be a difficult venture. That said, Ghodsi was extremely helpful during this whole process. Her knowledge of the real estate market combined with her experience made her an invaluable resource. The entire process — from narrowing down what I was  looking for in a property all the way to closing — was made much simpler with her help. Ghodsi took her time to explain (quite patiently, in my case!) such things as what sellers look for in an offer and the nuances of the real estate market in the area. She was very approachable in a way that made it seem as though I was her only client. She was prompt and professional throughout, and was always on the ball when there were unexpected issues.

Ghodsi was extremely professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, and went the extra mile every step of the way to ensure we found the perfect home that not only exceeded all of our expectations, but was also within our price target (which is nearly impossible in this market!). I must admit I am a  very particular man, so to meet all my requirements (especially for a large purchase like this) is a monumental task...it took a super agent to achieve this feat, and Ghodsi was just that. From understanding our goals, to answering all of our detailed questions and going through each house with a fine toothed comb, and finally negotiating a killer deal, Ghodsi was our courageous guide throughout our journey.
